So glad we did, Absolutely amazing foodAnd the price is quite fairAnd the norm of what you will find atAny fine eating establishment in the down town core.And with a very select menu you know they are creating their amazing dishes after due thought, The only pitfall to this fine dining is the bartender.We waited over 45 additional no time at all for our drinks.Yes it was busy but if you can't match customer demand either hire extra help or don't offer specialty drinks.Upon watching all the tables around us we realized we were not alone.What made things worse was seeing the bartenders chatting people up, pouring the odd beer occasionally.I couldn't understand the point of a full wall of spirits behind the bar itself if no one would definitely be using them.Clearly drinks are not a strong point of sales, our waitress however was absolutely huge.She without doubt, earned her tips that night as did the chef.But the man behind the bar would not impress.Yes my drink was wonderful but when your business also entails client service i'd say that the bar keeps performance was sadly lack lustre.Your money can buy we paid that night i would have expected more!May i suggest a staff change over in that department,
